Read through your site, very interesting! Just a quick point about Central Park fountain - the publicly viewable plans for the area show a return to colourful shrub beds and manageable box hedges, similar to the original 1970s layout. Both members of the public and council officials seem keen to ensure this design becomes the reality, so fingers crossed the Industrial Garden Town will bloom again!
